Starting Jarvis over Grant would have been a crazy managerial decision. Grant offers solidity (at the start of 180 mins) and in case you've forgotten he was also the main chance creator. Bringing Jarvis on when Notts are chasing a game, and hopefully against tiring defenders is though, exactly the right management choice.

I thought both Grant and Austin were poor, and i thought we would have done better without them.. But thats my opinion.. I cant see the benefit of playing someone who hasn't played for months, and clearly was not up to speed..
