McGinn playing alongside JET for Morton yesterday.
I knew Emmanuel-Thomas had washed up there but I’d completely missed Niall being back in Scotland.
Genuinely assumed he’d retired.
The snake has been pictured training with Turkish second tier outfit Erokspor.
I see Bojan's having a tough start at Girona. Sub once and hooked after an hour in his only start. Unused sub the last few games. Hope he's just adjusting to things and kicks on.
Particularly if there some tasty add-ons as part of the transfer deal.
Yip, he has not really hit the ground running has he?
Notice that the the Spanish lad Ruiz they also signed in the last window for 7mln euro (plus a player) has the number 9 shirt and seems to be the preferred option and has 2 goals in his first 5 games.
As class an act as Bojan is I think he is finding it a bit tougher than he was thinking it would be.
Keep the chin up Bojan you will get a chance and when you do you need to grab it and dinna let it go.
Once a don and all that.
Best of luck min
He seems like a fairly confident (whilst humble) guy and he's worked hard to improve so I'm sure he'll get there.
On another selfish note, it's important our ex players do well, like Ferguson to maintain our business model. Too many flops and we'll struggle to get clubs from bigger leagues interested. That applies to all players signed from our league.
Most important thing is that players we sign play well for us. I know folk get all excited about add ons at the like, but you want as much as you can get upfront rather than worry about what happens once they move downwards in their career path.
I'm fairly sure Bojan will come good once he gets a run of games together. We can easily take him on loan and January and help fire us to the title along with Mpape.
