I realise he was playing the percentages but thought it wasn't in the spirit of the comp,10 home wins was not even the norm it was usually 11 and sometimes 12 and then he would take the moral high ground about hěs knowledge of the game, pretty sure if someone chose 8 homes and 4 1-0s every week next season they would finish top 3 but everyone on here is above that.

I'm not Pete,if there was a loophole I would have jumped on it but I'm too thick to have realised 😂

If you are doing it again next season Griff (and there's no obligation for you to do so) why don't you use the system that howoldboy(?) suggested of two lists of four or six or whatever, half the list scores and the other results, that way if a game is postponed everyone is in the same boat

It was Southblue who suggested it Chalky. I just repeated what he said.

Well done Cayambe and Nobby for a couple of nice 7s, and enough said Alf.

Oh, and sorry about all the draws this week. So far, in the games that I’ve chosen that have been played, 25.7% have been draws so this week’s five bucked the trend. If you’re interested, another 41.9% were homes and 32.4% aways. No? Oh.

I could have been in the playoffs if I had kept at it all season but unfortunately I usually go a wandering at some time

Ok Frank, if you’re going to post on the predictocomp thread, like you did, make sure it’s an entry, eh? Your failure to put one in makes you this week’s biggest mover, down two placed to 10th.

Looks like I was the week’s top scorer with a barely impressive 6. *Pats own back*. Useful with only 2 weeks left. Alf looks like he’s content with the wooden spoon letting Chalky pull a few points away from him in the table’s nether regions.

Well folks, we’re at the butt-end of the season and it looks like it’s a two horse race at the top, but there’s still bragging rights to play for. Top third is a nice place to be and, let’s face it, you wouldn’t want to finish behind Frank, would you?

Ooooh it's as exciting as the Wrexham v Notts battle all season, who will end up the eventual winner?

Happy to let Alf pick up the wooden spoon and finish second bottom so sort yourself out Alfie

Thanks griffy, you looking forward to having a rest from it over the summer?
