If you listen again to the fans' forum from about 40 minutes in it's all explained there.

He did indeed Swale, say at the fans forum that the boiler would only be installed if the forecast was for a prolonged cold spell which in my eyes is bit of a gamble due to the time he said it would take to install

That's not what was said and it's starting to sound as if you are determined to dig a deeper hole than the one they've created at Meadow Lane in order to support your erroneous stance.

He did say exactly that in the statement he released earlier. You can't just buy a boiler of the size needed, install it and run the heating (it needs to be on for over 24 hours to work) in the middle of winter, especially in a prolonged cold snap as everyone else will also be either replacing broken ones or updating. There is a reason in most houses, boiler replacement unless an emergency happens in the summer...

If he's said something else in a fan forum, then either he's changed the initial plan or is working in dreamland

I'll also add, buying a boiler during a cold snap would also push the costs up considerably as well. Not the MO of the brothers is it? They'll be buying in the summer when cheaper and just have it ready...

Actually you can do exactly that. It comes on a skid, is offloaded from a lorry along with a diesel tank, it's hooked up and then you are good to go. It can be done in hours. Companies specialise in providing emergency heating, generators, HVAC etc. It's expensive, but you would only pay for it for a short period, then it goes back. It's a good idea as we may only need it for a few days a year and maybe not every year.

Matt Hallam spoke about the undersoil heating in the recent video about the pitch rebuild. At about the 1.50 mark.

Costs of building or upgrading a ground are excluded from P and S.

Research into all decisions has been done as to how the Premier League table would look if there had been no VAR this season. Despite their pathetic whining, it appears that the scum would actually be three points worse off!

    NO VAR PREMIER LEAGUE TABLE

    1. Man City (91pts)

    2. Arsenal (+1 = 90pts)

    3. Liverpool (-1 = 81pts)

    4. Aston Villa (+4 = 72pts)

    5. Tottenham (+2 = 68pts)

    6. Newcastle (+1 = 61pts)

    7. Chelsea (-2 = 61pts)

    8. Man United (+1 = 61pts)

    9. West Ham (+3 = 55pts)

    10. Brighton (+5 = 53pts)

    11. Crystal Palace (+2 = 51pts)

    12. Bournemouth (+3 = 51pts)

    13. Wolves (+3 = 49pts)

    14. Fulham (-3 = 44pts)

    15. Brentford (39pts)

    16. Everton (-3 = 37pts)

    17. Nottingham Forest (-3 = 29pts)

    18. Luton (+3 = 29pts)

these tables are pointless though. They don't take into account decisions that didn't get reviewed - only the ones that do and if they were correct or not. Wolves position in it would tell you that - they've been royally buggered all season.
