Well your the one who seems to be believe in the pureness of the free market, so presumably her salary reflects what she and others of her profession get paid.

I mean its quite simple, for instance you, simple, no personality, no original thoughts, hardly able to string two words together, not entertaining, literally millions like you with your skills, get paid peanuts. She gets paid more simply because she has the skills and experience (plus intelligence, personality, good presenting style etc. etc.) and there aren't millions who can do her job.
