    I would prefer him to focus on DUFC and getting us established as a top 4-6 side.

    It does though suggest he is putting down strong roots in the area so any notion he might cut and run, in what has been a difficult financial time, have probably faded.

    agree with that - i think its fantastic news and one that helps e think he is in it for long haul not short term gain. Think of the business model for that golf course he can promote utd and the golf course off of each other too. Given the local dee financial experts doom and gloom they may actually be wrong for the first time ever about our finances. They of course have no idea about theirs and never have

    I would still rather see him investing in the club over a golf venture in an area full of top quality golf courses.
