Highlights , unsurprisingly don't show the whole picture and as you would expect tend to focus on the better pieces of play. He hit the first man multiple times, picked the wrong option on others. Just didn't seem like his day, not for want of trying but it just didn't come off for him that day.

Not sure if it’s been mentioned here but TAR is out for a couple of weeks - picked up an injury in training. Thought it was odd that he wasn’t even on the bench yesterday.

What? You are telling me the match highlights showed the better pieces of play and goal action and didn't include the moves that came to nothing and the crosses that hit the first man or went straight to the opposition???? I can't believe it#balancenotbias. Well I'd feel cheated lol

Sorry I didn't realise that there was only a right and wrong answer to how well (or otherwise) a player played in a particular match. I thought it was all opinion, but not in Elite's world clearly

TSHANO also commented that he also recalled 2 or 3 times he hit the first man. I also remember him being in a great position, in or around the penalty area, near the by line , under no pressure and wasting passes/crosses.

I'd have to watch the full 90 mins again rather than match highlights before I alter my memory.

Thanks NW6, I did query that earlier if he was injured. Makes sense, and proves in my eyes what a very capable backup he is. Far more than a bench warmer as he was people's MOTM last time out.

This isn't about how well a player performed, it's about you stating "Chicksen got into countless fantastic attacking positions and under no pressure couldn't find a Notts teammate". The highlights prove you categorically wrong. It's not my opinion, it's factual, it really happened, and it's there in glorious technicolour for all to see!

He did, and I agreed with him because I saw it with my own eyes. Chicksen wasn't perfect, and I never claimed he was, but he did put in at least three very good crosses. Agree or not?

I don't know if people read my posts or not, but I have said in a couple of threads that LW has stated the reason why Chicksen didn't play at Oldham. He was not part of any tinkering of the team, or even dropped after Boxing day as some have suggested.
I think if TAR had been fit he would have played LWB yesterday and given us that attacking outlet that we lacked with Cameron.

His poor performance was likely highlighted and probably exaggerated as he was afforded so much time and space in such advanced areas.

Perhaps you should state in your posts that your views were based on highlights and not what happens in reality, instead of giving the impression that you were there and had a clue what was going on.
