I’m referring to the fact if Yates, a league 1 player is worth 2.5 million then what are Rathbone, Wiles and Johansson worth?

They're only worth what other clubs are prepared to pay for their services.

Both Key & Collins possible of playing at an higher level.
Compensation would have to be paid to Exeter if we signed them.
Plenty of interest in both players from other clubs.
Can MT convince them to move north or will they end up somewhere like Plymouth Argyle.??

Very very doubtful Key or Collins will sign any new contract with Exeter so a compensation fee would have to be negotiated with both players under the age of 24.
Both decent young players and no doubt they will have the choice of clubs they prefer.
Was the last player we signed from a Devon club moved on after only playing around 10 games in the Championship.( Left Back who went to Charlton).
