I was thinking the same. He wasn't the type of player you'd imagine would turn into a top manager, but who knows.

Edit: Just watched this interview he did recently at Norwich. To be fair, he comes across really well. Not sure why I had this assumption that he was a bit of a "lad". Seems like a smart, well-grounded guy.
