Can't see United signing anyone on a pre-contract till the way forward getting fans back in the ground is settled. Love to be proved wrong but provided we stay up the next window is going to interesting

No rumour, no speculation. Just a punt McDaid, currently on loan to PT from the Fun. Worth a punt? I though he was pretty good when Ayr pummelled us a season or so ago! Or a potential McMullan? Just a thought, you can argue that if not getting game for the fun, is he any good. But some players just don't fit the managers plans.

Thought there was some on here who put forward the opinion there was an attitude problem with McDaid? But surely there are better players to be found than another Fun reject!

He is now claiming that he has got the pigs ear back to the level he was at Hearts when some daft Chinese club bid over a million for him.
That just shows you how good a manager McPoke is,a player who was worthless at United is now a seven figure striker after a few months under his wing.

Strange he is supposed to be on loan with jags but they are not playing and he trains with the fun

Thought he was good with Ayr but has to be a concern that he can’t get a game for the fun

I would need to see him do well again some where before thinking he could improve what we have at united
