Wow - you think it would be better if Corbyn had won …..
They are all useless and self serving - irrespective of persuasions - obtaining and retaining power seems to be the single goal these days - what did New Labour (when Gordon Brown was still speaking to T ever do for its northern heartlands when it had massive majorities and could have transformed the north?

If Blair and Brown were socialists I'm a pink fecking fairy.

Values of Socialism v "Every man Jack for themselves.

Corbyn wanted to show fairness, to encourage class solidarity, foster socialism (obviously), and always demonstrate compassion, tolerance, and respect for everyone on this planet of ours.

He did his best to organize and shout from the rooftops for fundamental and real equality across all gender, religious and cultural differences, and create a bridge within all racial divides.

Corbyn’s old, but constant mantra beats Johnson’s notion of “levelling up” for sure. Anti-Semitic my arse.

He was stabbed in the back by a proper Tory.

Nothing there about economic growth, from whence springs prosperity. The people of this country could see straight through the crusty, old, anti-semitic fraud and gave him the bum's rush. One of their wiser decisions.

Please not him again BT let it go,
he was an Ira and Hamas supporting politician above the bad politics - let it go now.

As for Covid we’d have been just as bad under him and Labour as we are now with the exception there would have been more unemployed and business going bust as they wouldn’t have bailed the country out

What does it matter who you voted for, it makes no difference at all, both Labour and the LibDems go along with everything this set of fruitcakes does and even demands they go further down the Rabbit Hole. Capitalism has placed democracy in front and cashes in at the back, while the political system and the whole of society continue to disintegrate and decay as a result of the commercial crudification of all that is human.

How come you may wonder, hasn’t the penny dropped by now for people? Why do we remain caught up in the same old fragmented world of party-based political democracy? The simple reply is that the interests of both capitalists and professional politicians have been very well served by the system of political democracy covering for capitalism’s psycho-economic exploitation:
When economic exploitation is perpetrated by the application of brute force, it is politico-economic exploitation; but when it is done not through brute force but through the application of cunning intellectual strategy, it is primarily psycho-economic exploitation.

Political democracies in industrially- and socially developed countries have been working as part of capitalism’s psycho-economic exploitative strategy: “You have the freedom to choose between a range of commercial products, a handful of political views, so many opinions and issues of commercial media, numerous tv channels – freedom!” Instead of crude colonial imperialism, these days we have capitalism shrouded in the people's own political system – freedom to choose. But we will never ever have economic freedom as it is reserved only for the mega-rich and jumbo-greedy.

The current system of political democracy is motivated largely by prospects of political power. Due to unrelenting infighting and political manoeuvring between and within political parties, the ambition for power, post and position has come to consume the political mentality. If there had instead been a universal, unified movement for development and economic prosperity of all, our society may have been united and not divided along numerous party lines.
Firstly, as wealth concentration is increasing by leaps and bounds, the number of have-nots is increasing sharply while the number of the well-to-do and rich is decreasing. This means much less for the growing majority and much, much more for very few.

I was reading somewhere about a manager at a McDonalds, where the staff have to be muzzled all day, saying he had about 50,000 face masks ready for use in his storeroom. Multiply the number of McDonalds worldwide by 50,000 and some Chinese mask producer is on a nice little earner. add in hand sanitisers, temperature checking devices, plastic screen and sign manufacturers, PPE providers, vaccine producers and all the rest of the, mostly superfluous, paraphernalia we require to survive this 'deadly' virus, and you can work out why it won't end any time soon.

    Follow the money.

Just a quick point, but where and when did Socialism ever work for the working class? Russia, Cuba, China, Eastern Europe, South America. It seems to be real good at transferring wealth & Power to a new left elite The mantra really should be "meet the new boss same as the old boss" We give people power and then wonder what could possibly go wrong when they screw us and break ever promise they made. Why are we shocked it's only been happening for centuries?

Two cows theory explains various "isms".

Socialism: You have two cows and you give one to your neighbour.

(That's fairness, to encourage class solidarity, foster socialism (obviously), and always demonstrate compassion, tolerance, and respect for everyone on this planet of ours. He did his best to organize and shout from the rooftops for fundamental and real equality across all gender, religious and cultural differences, and create a bridge within all racial divides.

Communism: You have two cows; the Government/state takes both and gives you some milk.

Democracy, you have two cows. You ask your neighbour what to do with them? You debated. The cows escaped. Your other neighbour suddenly gets two cows.

Fascism: You have two cows; the Government/state takes both and sells you some milk.

Nazism: You have 2 cows; the Government takes both and shoots you.

Bureaucratism: You have 2 cows; the Government takes both, shoots one, milks the other and throws the milk away..

Traditional Capitalism: You have 2 cows. You sell one and buy a bull. You herd multiplies, and the economy grows. You sell them and retire on the income.

American Corporation: You have 2 cows. You sell one, and force the other to produce the milk of four cows. Later, you hire a consultant to analyse why the cow dropped dead.

French Corporation: You have 2 cows. You go on strike because you want three cows.

Japanese Corporation: You have 2 cows. You redesign them so they are one-tenth the size of an ordinary cow and produce twenty times the milk. You then create a clever cow cartoon image called Cowkimon and market them Worldwide.

Italian Corporation: You have 2 cows, but you don't know where they are. You break for lunch.

Chinese Corporation: You have 2 cows. You have 300 people milking them. You claim full employment, high bovine productivity, and arrest the newsman who reported the numbers.

Iraqi Corporation: Everyone thinks you have lots of cows. You tell them that you have none. No one believes you and they bomb your arse. You still have no cows, but at least now you are part of a Democracy.......

Counter Culture: 'Wow, dig it, like there's these 2 cows, man, grazing in the hemp field. You gotta have some of this milk.

..... there goes another week of extremist language and elevated threat from the menacing masters of monolithic misconception....otherwise known as SCUM - are no friends of ours, but they've obviously stopped taking the meds and are in desperate need of a lesson - one that'll shatter their illusions of granduer...and show them that we're not the obediently subjugated grubs they imagine us to be...

Medical tyranny strikes Los Angeles City Fire Department. A gut-wrenching soliloquy and call to action opposing vaccine apartheid. LAFD Captain Cristian Granucci, 31-year veteran, posted 23 August, 2021.

Captain Christian Granucci, a 31-year veteran of the Los Angeles Fire Department (“LAFD”), posted a video on Telegram regarding “vaccine” mandates. “If we do not take the vaccine, we have to be subjected to testing twice a week and if we refuse that – termination,” he said. He also accused the LAFD Union of being in “lockstep with total tyranny.” Two days later, due to illiberal, anti-freedom activists on Twitter, Granucci was under investigation.

Australia’s First Political Prisoner “on Australian Soil”

Reignite Democracy Australia is one of the few groups which have mobilised to oppose the government’s vaccine mandates and its generally heavy-handed response to the coronavirus. The grassroots organisation has enlisted tens of thousands of members from around Australia and has been attempting to equip ordinary people to push back against government overreach. As reported in The Remnant this week, the founder of Reignite Democracy Australia, Monica Smit, was arrested on August 31st on what amount to trumped-up charges of “incitement.” Monica is being held on remand, after refusing to sign the onerous bail conditions which have been described by some as a threat to democracy.

These draconian bail restrictions undermine the very reason for the existence of Reignite Democracy Australia, and are a direct attack on the civil liberties of all Australians. This realisation led Monica to choose to remain in prison rather than set a precedent which could be used to further increase the totalitarian powers already existing in this country.
