Cant disagree with any of that. He has over delivered there tbf.

But maybe he wants back to Norn Irlan though. Also not sure he's ever had much love for us as a club. Plus can he work with a DoF structure? I'd be happy, but I don't see it happening.

    Klinnsman it is then..

I just can't deal with watching ****e, not very attacking football. St. Johnstone have averaged 1 goal per game for the last 4 years. 28 goals in 29 games this season. Livingston above them and Hibs below have scored 41 & 42 respectively.

I completely understand where you are coming from mate but you have to factor in the budget he worked with.Lets be honest Shankland would never sign for ST Johnstone because even in the Championship we could/can spend and pay bigger.

How many goals would ST Johnstone have scored last season if Shankland did play for them?,i don't think Tommy would play one up top v Alloa or Arbroath,he was a total genius of a manager with the budget he had.

I know his way of working may not be right for United but i still think in the short term he would re-establish us in the top flight,i would be prepared to accept that even if the product was not the best.

If Jurgen Klinsmann wanted the job its his as far as i'm concerned.I know its a gamble but Jesus phuck we would regain our much deserved world famous status.

To any Funster looking in we were bestowed with that title after 4 wins v Barca, victory away v PSV,victory away v AS Monaco, victory away v BMG etc etc.

How FN good must it be for any citizen wakening up in the morning knowing that a team from your very own city has a 100% win record against Barcelona?.

That's fair enough, but even teams in the bottom 6 have consistently scored more goals than his St. Johnstone, who play 2 up top. You can't argue with his record, it speaks for itself and if we want stability then he could be the man. It's just not a style of football I like.

I would much rather be aligned to them than nations that cannie beat them in penalty shoot outs,FACT.

Each to their own but I still can't get my head around folk prioritising style of football over results.

Are you meaning Ann of a thousand days?, who said,"42 clubs is far too many in Scotland,we need about half that."

4 years later rather than halving the clubs she tried to add another 2,it was not in self interest though,oh no,it was in the best interests of Scottish football during a pandemic when NO money is coming in through the turnstyles,FACT.

    Blame Robbie Neilson.

Listen, if he gets the job, he gets my backing. He's the most obvious candidate at the moment. He's proven. Everyone has the preferences however, and I like to watch good attacking football. You can't have it all however.
