I remember somebody else who liked that phrase, and it didn't end well!

It's the hope that kills you. Different manager, same crap.

    Chuffing big "if" .

What a depressing read this is!

Good job we aren't supporting the champions-elect Wrexham with their 4 points, or Halifax who are bottom.

Obviously not good enough, but we go again on Saturday.

    Keep the faith!

I think it's probably going to be next season before LW gets them to the place he wants them by the looks of it.

I think there’s a fair chance Parkinson will go soon, he’s getting absolute pelters on their Twitter. I’d be interested after LWs interview from people who went, did we actually have the best chances of the game regardless of if we weren’t great?

Getting overwrought by a post match interview at this stage of the season seems a bit dramatic.

Though if Francis starts on Saturday I’m rioting.

    Jesus are you lot real.

Rarely come on here and I now remember why. How the f** do we win a game with you lot whining from the stands. 3 games in. 1 home win. 2 away draws. Grow up.

Pretty simple answer, we score more goals than the opposition.

In my experience games are won on the pitch rather than in the stands.

The post match interview appeared to match the performance. Both require an improvement. Early days but a stuttering start. Hopefully it gets better. As things stand nothing much has changed it appears. We have a coach who talks a good game and a team that is patchy but has less tools to unlock opposition defences than it did. Lets hope the money from the sale of Roberts and the money made from pre season friendlies is wisely invested soon on the pitch.
