Regardless of him walking out mid-contract, IB was a failure at Notts.
Two failed campaigns at a club that we know now was ready to get out of the NL sharpish, as long as the coach was positive and allowed us to dominate. I think that's what FGR missed, there was a modern buzz and novelty factor that obscured the fact that he failed really

It still baffles me how FGR thought a bloke who could barely beat crap like Dover, Aldershot and Torquay would be able to manage aginst Derby, Portsmouth, Bolton, Charlton, Lincoln, Burton etc.
