My man in the know (he thinks) reckons we are trying to get both One' and Marsh from Blades and that will allow Charlton to buy Nombe who would like a move back home to the London area. He speculates a lot but he's often close to the mark.

that is interesting, but means with McWilliams out for 5 to 6 weeks we still won't have any of the 3 evans originally wanted.
Do you think we can give them Hugill as a BOGOF sort of deal

Forget him he's not good enough....I don't care if he's a local lad, simply isn't up to it and never will be unless we drop to league 2 or national league level , If we signed him that would really show a lack of ambition !!

About 2.5 million profit on sales this season from Viktor, Kioso, Rathbone, Christ and McCart and still not a penny spend on a player what's going on this season with transfers absolute joke.

    Book balancing.

Gaffer gave Taylor the money who blew it and we've taken a big drop in revenue. Doesn't take a genius to work out TS has decided to cushion the blow with transfer fees.

It is made clear time and time again that the manager does not get involved in contracts, it is RS, MT, COO, CFO, and the Stewarts that spent the money not MT on his own. It must be a wonderful job where you can hide at the back and stick a public face outside to take all the flack for your failings. I think SE like every football manager has his weaknesses and he isn't the type of manager I would like at Rotherham (always want him as a employee and RUFC to do well though) , but he puts himself out there and deflects away from a board and backroom staff that are not delivering at the moment.
