The Health Secretary is a liar, PHE stats show that most vaccinated people can still be infected, and those that are will infect others as often as the un-vaccinated. Being vaccinated will not protect your loved ones, only yourself. All those vaxxed people going clubbing and to football grounds, thinking they're safe, none of their vaxxed chums can infect them. Mugs, oh yes they can.
It looks as though we are back to the same old thing with any illness or disease ---if you are going to get it ---you will and when you do --deal with it as best as you can. Life goes on regardless ---no point worrying.

Except that life won't go on regardless Sub, we'll be locked down and instructed to wear muzzles again.

"Certainly since the rules were relaxed on July 19, there has been no uptick in cases, which might be expected if masks were having a major impact on transmission. Instead we have seen a continued fall in cases.

Prof Jefferson said even now we know very little about the ecology of this virus.

“The only thing the virus seems to obey is Farr’s Law (which states epidemics rise and fall in a symmetrical bell curve),” he said. “I am not convinced the path of the pandemic has much to do with our interventions.”

“I am not convinced the path of the pandemic has much to do with our interventions.”

Which is what I've been saying about masks and interventions for a year now, and it's bleedin obvious if you just take the trouble to look at the GOV.UK stats, instead of listening to lying politicians and mad scientists.

BT : is this good news for you?

Israeli scientist says COVID-19 could be treated for under $1/day
Double-blind study shows ivermectin reduces disease’s duration and infectiousness • FDA and WHO caution against its use.

    https://www.jpost.com/health-science...er-1day-675612

Ivermectin, a drug used to fight parasites in third-world countries, could help reduce the length of infection for people who contract coronavirus for less than a $1 a day, according to recent research by Sheba Medical Center in Tel Hashomer.
Ivermectin has been approved by the US Food and Drug Administration since 1987. The drug’s discoverers were awarded the 2015 Nobel Prize in medicine for its treatment of onchocerciasis, a disease caused by infection with a parasitic roundworm. In the last decade, several clinical studies have started to show its antiviral activity against viruses ranging from HIV and the flu to Zika and West Nile.
Nearly 72% of volunteers treated with ivermectin tested negative for the virus by day six. In contrast, only 50% of those who received the placebo tested negative. (Read on ?)

I've been reading about the value of Ivermectin for a long time Balan, but it was recommended by the Donald and anyone in the scientific or medical community who mentioned it afterwards risked being cancelled, so it's just ignored. Hopefully your Israeli scientist will be taken a bit more seriously, if this report had come out in the USA or GB it would never have seen the light of day.
