I don’t wish Andrew Considine any harm but he was a bit of a joke figure at the end with Aberdeen. He had a few half decent games after multiple seasons of dross.
He was fortunate Stevie Clarke gave him a couple of Scotland caps but he was only ever a stop gap player as Clarke didn’t rate him highly or trusted him enough to stick with him.
He is a Don though….about as much use as a traffic cone as a player and he was more help to us being a St.Johnstone player.![]()

What a heap o shyte min.
Certainly not a natural left back, but gave his all no matter where he played across the back line and good for a goal.
Aye we could have got better and sometimes we supposedly did, but still he played before so called better.
No quite so easy getting these mythical better players with our budget. Considine was a good 7/10 defender most games.
Don’t waste your time. The trolls not worth it.
Sone Aluko has hung up his snake-skin boots and become a first team coach at Ipswich.
Having just watched Jimmy’s presser, sounds very much like Duk is on the cusp of falling into this thread. Sour way to end on the face of it.
Duk has gone AWOL and is facing disciplinary action by the club.
I get that he wants out, but he's not going about it the right way.
For all the money we are going to get for Duk anyway I would freeze him out of the first team squad for the remainder of his contract. Let him learn the hard way. It will also send a message out to agents etc that we won’t be mucked about.
Pathetic - acting like a spoilt 5 year old having a temper tantrum.
Here’s a thought son, if you’d played remotely near your ability last year they’d be queuing up to sign you.
As it is, don’t hold yer breath.
Anyway, given the size of him when he was training and playing last season, he must be looking like the Cape Verde version of Alan Brazil just now…
Sad to read this.
Was a breath of fresh air in his first season and that goal against the jute at tannadump will long live in the memory.
Despite indifferent form last season, he still chipped in with a few goals and assists.
He comes back for the new season and knuckles down he gets a move, but no. He comes the c*not.
He'll find it difficult to get a decent move now with his actions.
Even playing for a club of our size, it's still far better than working for a living.
