The squad of players we have at our disposal, we can all agree, is not going to set the World alight. But when it comes down to it, football nowadays is a results business and our results, statisticly speaking are pretty good. Ok there are'' lies''. ''dammed'' lies & ''statistics'' as the man once said but they still read pretty well.

Played 7 Won Six Goals for 13 against 4. Most Clubs and supporters would be pretty pleased with that. Of course the opposition has to be taken into account but have the past few Managers and Utd Squads produced similar results. Not for quite a while.
If TC and the team keep on grinding out 1 nils and draws away against stronger opponents then so be it.

Getting a decent league position and a couple of good cup runs now that the paying customers are back should claw back some of the defecit the Club has run up over the past few years due to being in the Championship and Covid and then hopefully the Ogrens can invest in a couple of decent signings. They did bring in Shankland to move us onward and upward.

Maybe just have to be patient for another season and put up with some pretty dire stuff and our time will come again

The injuries are a worry. Would like to see glass given a chance, mochrie is ready to be used (maybe not a starter all the time just now), Louis i like and hope he is back soon, freeman should be our RB, watson got potential same with rest. Hoti at least goes forward prefer him to harkes at times tbh. Yeah our two ready youth players are injured though which is just typical.

I could've also listed the kids, loanees & no-marks but I didn't. Can see half of those eleven going back out on loan also.

Unfortunately I don't think we'll ever see a full season from Chalmers.
