Dundee United are closing in on a deal for Welsh international Dylan Levitt, writes Scott Burns.
United are in talks over a loan for the Manchester United youngster.
The Tannadice outfit are hoping to tie up the deal quickly.
United head coach Tam Courts has said he is close to a couple of signings.
United have agreed a deal to sign Ilmari Niskanen and also want Levitt, who has had loan spells at Charlton and Croatian side Istra.
He can play in central midfield or as an attacking midfielder.
The 20-year-old has nine Welsh caps and United hope they can give him the platform to build his international profile further.
The deal to sign Finnish winger Niskanen from Ingolstadt has been agreed and will be completed when a work permit is issued.
