What amount of money would Brian Clough, Matt Busby, Joe Mercer, Terry Venables etc, be worth in compensation to another club.
    The mind boggles.

The Mormons over at Turf Moor must think they’ve won the lottery.
It’s a bit like if another club had offered us £1m to take LR off our hands

    Premier League - Burnley FC

With Burnley getting relegated to the championship, from the Premier league, plus manager Vincent Kompany leaving the club to manage Bayern Munich.
So the club looking for a new manager /head coach.
Ex-Nottingham Forest manager Steve Cooper is said to be in the mix, also Frank Lampard.
I think Steve Cooper a good fit, but Lampard no way.

    Lampard
    I despair

Another club is willing to give them £10m for someone who wasn’t very good and they are thinking of appointing an alternative who…err…isn’t very good. At least they are consistent

    Championship - Norwich City FC

Norwich City having sacked their coach David Wagner, are looking abroad for a new head coach.
Reported Johannes Hoff Thorup is the man, the club want to bring in, Thorup currently at Danish Super League club FC Nordsjaelland.
The clubs have to work out a compensation agreement, but Norwich City have already sorted out a work permit.
The Danish Super league season ends next weekend.

Getting sacked for getting Norwich into the play offs and not winning it, I despair. UTM
