Are you meaning Ann of a thousand days?, who said,"42 clubs is far too many in Scotland,we need about half that."

4 years later rather than halving the clubs she tried to add another 2,it was not in self interest though,oh no,it was in the best interests of Scottish football during a pandemic when NO money is coming in through the turnstyles,FACT.

Courier today has details of hearts claim.

Basically challenging the vote as not effective and relying a lot on Nelms vote.

I had thought it was only positive votes that counted anyway and a team could change their mind. Every club would vote same way now if they re-ran the vote.

Anyway United have until 5pm on Thursday to put in their response

Whatever happens this is going to be costly in legal fees trying to fight this

It mystifies me why we need to respond at all. Surely this action is against the SPFL not us?

Not sure how they can use the Dundee vote in any court case. No official no-vote was received & the deadline was 28 days, so they were entitled to respond whenever they wanted. Clutching at straws big time.

Andy walker in paper having a go at both Neilson for leaving utd and hearts for pleading poverty, asking players to take wage cut back in March. While now paying off old manager paying comp for new manager splashing out for expensive legal case. Well done Andy about time others in the media highlighted this.

Disgraceful when you think about that and Fartz recent behaviour. The Embra Fun. Really hoping they go tits up, good chance of that hopefully.
