Bristol City are said to be parting company with manager Nigel Pearson, with a official announcement
expected in the next 24 hours.
Nigel Pearson contracted covid-19 for a second time in October 2021, he was not in charge of the
championship game loss to Coventry City on Saturday, after he was feeling unwell.
It would seem that having covid-19 for a second time has caused a bad medical condition, & it has
taken toll on the manager, & left him with medical issues.
It would seem that he may be standing down by mutual consent with the club.
Pearson had heart issues & joint issues in November 2020.
Good luck to him in getting well, with a full recovery.

Think a couple of his coaches left recently too.so it’s probably been in offing for a while I would say.given that he didn’t appoint any replacements.probably been sorting the settlements out.

Crewe Alexandra manager David Artell, has fetched in ex-Preston North End manager Alex Neill,
to help him at the club.
Ex-Miller Artell is hoping that a new set of eyes in the club, will help turn around the clubs form.
