It would seem that Scottish history is not your best subject, did you not know that the Queen is half Scottish, that she can trace her roots back to Robert the Bruce, I know it is hard to believe. And to threaten people means you have already lost the agument.

You use the present tense instead of the past.
Maybe you’re still trying to get over it.

    What about Philip the nazi!

The House of Windsor as we know it today began in 1917 when the family changed its name from the German “Saxe-Coburg-Gotha.” Queen Elizabeth's grandfather, King George V, was the first Windsor monarch, and today's working royals are the descendants of King George and his wife, Queen Mary. She was German Kraut and Scottish & English! A Mutt basically.

Unlike the BBC reporting of this event people must be careful not to conflate the approval/disapproval of the Monarchy when it comes to Scottish Independence. They are two distinctly different entities. Many folk who are passionate about our self-determination are also Royalists my missus included, Me ? I'd rather our Independent Parliament swore the an oath of allegiance to the people of Scotland as opposed to Charie the 3rd, But thats just me.

Toronto-based child got 19/20 in the Canadian citizenship test in the past few days.

Glasgow-based sibling: “Was the one question you missed "Who is the Head of State?"“

They really are awful children. 😊

I don't want to hear anyone moaning about the tories not putting a windfall tax in place on the oil companies in order to help the nation through the winter with their energy bills.

Charlie has just had it confirmed that he won't have to pay inheritance tax on the £15.2 billion ( aye and the rest) left to him by his ma.

40% of that could have heated a fair few homes of the a'rseholes lining the road this winter.

That’s a good point, particularly in these financially trying times. In fact, the legislation precludes the payment of any tax by the Queen and she voluntarily elected to pay tax on the revenues produced by her Estates which decision won’t be binding upon King Charlie. Seems a tad unfair especially given that that income would be more than decent, even if heavily taxed!

I'm quite within my rights to have a pop at the tories at any given opportunity as I don't give a feck about the royal family and certainly didn't give a shyte about Lizzie popping her clogs, although I admit to not wishing her dead, not my style.

I think we should remember that for millions who are falling over themselves about Lizzie passing, there are still many millions who don't give a f uck and are openly hostile towards them.

The inheritance tax thing is not new news and shouldn't be a surprise to anyone with any sort of interest in these things and you should know by now that only the proles pay tax.

As for the windfall tax, I would go a step further and nationalise them, but then again I am one of those 'lefty' c unts that you despise.
These things shouldn't be left to the much loved market system.
