Maybe it was a spelling mistake?
Are you congenitally stupid or just thick? I am NOT backtracking on a single thing I said about the THREE, that is THREE candidates, Gracia, Redknapp and Allardye, and ONLY ONE qualifies as a geriatric (the clue is ITS REDKNAPP!), it's NOT, repeat NOT, Gracia, got that?

Those "Choosing" have proved pretty inept with the exception of Marcelo, so I am personally quite happy with this guy. I beleive he is the only candidate spoken to so far with Prem experience, and the experience of facing a relegation battle in this league. I have a mate who is a die hard Watford fan who reckons he's the real deal and was only sacked prematurely because their owner is nortotiously trigger happy.

Time will tell, but I personally am optomistic - my normal state - but not of late.
Perhaps he will turn out like Gnotto.
From last ditch signing into the best we've got.

Ignorant is as ignorant does, at least I look at what's relevant experience. Of course, if you think that a winning % of 72.7% with that giant of the footballing world, Al Sadd, is sufficiently significant, that's fine. I'm not so persuaded, as a Leeds supporter that is.

Given our recent history of managerial selections (with of course, one significant success) we have been totally pi55-poor no matter who has owned the club or managed the team and Gracia looks no better. Of course it's a fair question to ask who exactly would be prepared to come in to the current basket case, and for how long, we will see I guess.

Btw., just for context, if you want to take an entire career as a yardstick, over his entire managerial career, Jesse Marsch has a WIN % of 50.15
    You really are a tw@t

To be expected I suppose, start out by making comments like "you come across as a completley (sic) ignorant @rsehole", and follow up with an equally intelligent "you really are a tw@t", about your regular standard for a response, particularly when you find it impossible to actually debate the issue (Gracias managerial record), which YOU brought up.

My view, FWIW is that his record is no better than that of Marsch and he brings nothing from a tactical point of view that promises anything but more of the same. As pointed out elsewhere, he worked well(ish) at Watford for a short while, but with a club organisation that was and still is, very different to that at LUFC.

He arrives at LUFC (just seen it has been confirmed),

with fewer games than were left in 2018 and with LUFC IN the drop zone, not 5 points above, and with a club/squad that is and has been in disarray since before the WC break. Do I hope he succeeds? Yes. Do I think he will? No.

Not ignorant, just have a different view to yours. A tw4t? Well it takes one to know one.

Did some checking on the interwebs as well reading about how he came in with all kinds of video analysis. Kind of reminded me of MB.

I"m actually kind of excited. Still think we have a better than relegation squad and with a solid coach could be very competitive. I think he's better than average.

Love Bily's Gnonto analogy. what a legendary coach he could be if he worked out like MB. He's got a tougher road given how little time and some of the injuries he has. Wober is going to be a huge loss for the next games.

The 3 points are massive / ***** , in avoiding the drop, but also some performances, with passion, commitment, desire and energy for the full 90 plus mins. We still have games to play, but need the above & abit of luck to hopefully stay up.

Well, that's something I guess the smoke has cleared took a while
He has mixed results as early on he had a bad record win-loss ratio but picked up a bit. His best management was with Watford the first season but second I think he lasted 5 weeks not sure what happened.
The first thing he has to do is change the way they play as a genius may work out that our system is just not working. Might as well start from the get go.

The first thing he has to do is get the belief and confidence back into the squad, we have the players. Secondly and I think he has these qualities is to be able to change tactics according to how the game is being playing out. Thirdly he has some experience within the prem, a huge plus.

In regards to your smoke quip, we had refusals. All the other names kicking about was just media BS with folk like you getting sucked into it.
