Is there anyone in the 2nd XI that is challenging a first choice player? Perhaps the only close call is Macari/Ness? None of the 1st team are looking over their shoulders thinking they have to put a shift in or they will lose their place, there's no hunger as a team (Jatta, Didzy, Bedeau, Platt show desire, the rest (?) just do what they have to do).

The bench yesterday was so weak. Is Scott injured again? Is Gordon injured again? Is Robertson injured again? The latter has been a walking/limping sick note all season.

Still, at least Reynolds is getting proper game time in men’s football at Kidderminster. I think his loan period is up now, will he stay on there or get back in the Notts squad?

The FA cup. We were beaten by a bunch of part timers, and a lorry driver as manager. Stood in mud behind the goal being pelted with fireworks from the local yobs.. It was sh*thole then and still is.
