You're dealing in symantics. There is no doubt to whether fenian is or isn't sectarian. So a few Celtic fans call themselves fenians. A few blacks might use the N word to describe themselves. But any normal cnut knows what is and isn't sectarian or racist, you don't need a rule book to tell you. Unless you are a t1t.
