I was talking to a few mates who have had the first jab, and I asked them which one they got. I might be wrong (frequently infact) but as far as I can work out, if you go to your own Doctors like I did, I got the Oxford one. if you go to a mass vaccination point it's the Pfizer one. Not convinced that is true but appears to be like that.

can we no look at letting the oldies into Tannadice soon? I would let the ones that have been shielding and isolated for so long, to have first dibs at pubs, restaurants, cinemas and the football. The rest of us can wait!

For purely selfish reasons, i say no! I should be able to change my mind in August for the new season!

I hope that is something that is in the mind of governments, but i sadly dont see that being permitted until 2/3 weeks after 2nd doses have been administered to enough of the population. The growing evidence about reduced transmission needs to be confirmed as well and i think the season ends too early for it to happen.

To confirm my suspicions below about future Cohorts progressing, can anyone who think they are in Cohort 7 please say if you have had a vaccine? I say this because a friend of a friend had hers yesterday, but they may also be in Cohort 6.

    Cohort 4, People aged 70-74 - 96% (95), Clinically Extremely vulnerable - 86% no or little progress?
    Cohort 5, People aged 65-69 80% (78)
Cohort 6, 16-64 with underlying health is also progressing.
Cohort 7, 60-64 i believe is also progressing.

A slow day for whatever reason with 19299 first doses and 2006 second doses administered. With the usual Sunday downturn, the shine is coming off this effort, but its surely a supply issue taking effect.

Friend of mines (Cohort 6) got a phone call to come in as there were vaccines going to go to waste, he wasn't expecting a jab so soon.
