Immediately you'd think Celtic. I'd be astounded if it was the Huns. Hibs for trolling purposes maybe, but like you say, they're apparently skint.

No way will it be Sevco. They are probably bankrolling Hearts to put us down!

Hibs and Celtic - just a guess but think there are a lot more clubs going to offer as well. No ****ing way is it aberdeen they are scum at this sort of things. If it is i would genuinely respect them more but dinnae think so. Could be Ross County and Celtic actually. One is def Celtic - they are mightily not amused at hearts despite their attempts at "letting" them win the league. You should hear even their manager talk about budgie

This. Hearts are probably acting as some sort of Sevco Trojan Horse.

Wonder if Hearts have read Statute 59 of FIFA statutes

The associations shall insert a clause in their statutes or regulations, stipulating that it is prohibited to take disputes in the association or disputes affecting leagues, members of leagues, clubs, members of clubs, players, officials and other association officials to ordinary courts of law, unless the FIFA regulations or binding legal provisions specifically provide for or stipulate recourse to ordinary courts of law. Instead of recourse to ordinary courts of law, provision shall be made for arbitration. Such disputes shall be taken to an independent and duly constituted arbitration tribunal recognised under the rules of the association or confederation or to CAS.
Could be why the SFA compliance officer has written to the clubs

lets face it we shouldnt be even involved in this whole thing! its a hearts v SPFL matter. why weve been dragged into this is a disgrace from hearts. I understand their point of view but they've annoyed alot of people with their failure to accept any responsibility and the way theyve conducted themselves by taking moral high ground.

So now teams have had to fork out on legal cases (when finances are already being stretched across the board) now the likelihood is Celtic are getting involved? well that means Sevco will be involved soon aswell.

nonsense the whole thing has been a shambles

I agree, and after this latest debacle is over, so I hope is Doncaster’s tenure with the SPFL or the SPFL as a management company in its entirety should be cast adrift. There stewardship of the game has been nothing short of shambolic, and trust in their ability must surely be as low as a snakes belly.

Agree darren and Ahlltany - Doncaster cannot surely survive this.
