It is amazing when you are at the top of the tree, how hard it can be to actually shift you. You only have to look at the government in the last few months.

Health secretary didn't know the correct C-19 stats including deaths etc. Confusion about what "taking a knee" was all about and where it originated. (not being political here) just making a comparison.

Scottish football has been ran horrendously for years, yet the blazers
still call the shots and it has been nearly impossible to remove them, even though the standard fan has been crying out for change for years.

What will it take to remove the "powers that be" ???

The head of the SPFL/SFA are always gunned for. to Remove them it probably requires BOTH Celtic and Sevco to join together and challenge him but thats very unlikely as they both think he is corrupt towards the other one

Looks like David weir away to be appointed sporting director at the arse hole of Scottish football. Also looking at signing Craig Gordon. ‘Take a wage cut men because financially we are strapped’.

Wonder if Hearts have read Statute 59 of FIFA statutes

The associations shall insert a clause in their statutes or regulations, stipulating that it is prohibited to take disputes in the association or disputes affecting leagues, members of leagues, clubs, members of clubs, players, officials and other association officials to ordinary courts of law, unless the FIFA regulations or binding legal provisions specifically provide for or stipulate recourse to ordinary courts of law. Instead of recourse to ordinary courts of law, provision shall be made for arbitration. Such disputes shall be taken to an independent and duly constituted arbitration tribunal recognised under the rules of the association or confederation or to CAS.
Could be why the SFA compliance officer has written to the clubs

From what I’ve read surely the hearing on Tuesday can’t be the final hearing and if hearts are allowed to continue then this will drag on and on.

Alternatively could the case be thrown out on Tuesday given the above 🤞 fixtures are supposed to be out as well next week

I love reading his articles - dont always agree but he is a good journalist. Im sure he doesnt believe the doon derby was better than a cup win either
