If (when) the lad goes he goes with my most heartfelt thanks and gratitude for his dedication to Notts (looking after himself as well of course). I have enjoyed every minute of his play and his grin is something to behold. A great bloke and good luck to him. But it's got to be xmillions not peanuts or any of this "released for his good and benefit" crap

Considering Derby have tried to get a Sheffield Wednesday striker on loan, I highly doubt they're in for both of them.

If we were going to sell Macca in Jan, surely we would have done so already to give us enough time to find a replacement. At this point it makes sense to sell him in the summer and have the time we need to reinvest and rebuild the squad. Either way, I'm fairly certain he won't be a Notts player this time next year. If anyone deserves a big move, it's Macca. He's a cracking lad with a great attitude.

That has traditionally been the case, but our owners are about as logical as they come. Things are different now.

Why all this talk about Langstaff moving on? Sounds like you're all begging it to happen. If he wanted to go, he'd be gone by now ffs

Agreed, but it's not all down to him is it.

Macca is going nowhere...He is under contract until 2027, so there is no rush for him to go..

True but that very rarely means anything. If someone offers him 15k a week say in the summer he’s going to become very unsettled, it’s human nature and then it becomes difficult for the club. The good thing about the contract is that we will get a premium price.
