At the moment Milne has said
"£10 million but we have 60% of the funding in place, or have commitments towards it."
So 6 million in place there
He then said
"We would then embark on phase two – the stadium. We would have 40% of that funding lined up. That is what we expect from the sale of Pittodrie"
16 million quid there
28 million debt it is currently. Nae bad. Lets build it with less than half the money

I don't agree it would suggest that a quarter think it's a sh!t idea.
There will be many respondents who would have put that they have no definitive persuasion for either option.
It could be
75% For
1% against
24% have no preference and would accept whatever the club believes.
When talking stats, best to show them and understand them than making assumptions.
I'm all for training facilities but it's been used as a carrot for the new stadium when it should have been done years ago. Shinnie will appreciate the facilities but it won't be the reason he stays or leaves. To suggest that is really making things up to suit an agenda.
To be clear, no-one is saying it will ensure retention of players.
Of course if players believe they can get more elsewhere i.e. McLean, they will move on.
That said, We currently pay more on average than Hearts, however Hearts have completed the rebuild of their main stand and anticipate additional income as a result.
If they are able to increase their accounts and match our offers, the fact that they have better training facilities at the Oriam will be a huge persuasion factor.
for now, we are paying more and are ahead of them in footballing terms, but if we stand still or regress, there is an increased liklihood that they could overtake us in terms of attracting and retaining better players than we can attract.
