There is no free personal care in Scotland whether you’re over 65 or not, what you mean is when you turn 65 someone else has to pay it for you. Carers will still charge when you reach 65 they'll simply charge the tax payer instead.

Our house is Band E and I am furious about the left wing SNP controlled Scottish Government ‘ripping off’ people who have tried to better themselves by increasing the council tax bandings in groups E to H by imposing a surcharge.
They should get the local authorities throughout Scotland ‘sorted out’ and get rid of all the incompetent employees starting from the top down. This also includes incompetent and lazy councillors.
