Yes exactly, good with defenders but not with strikers.

A game of phases of domination. Barnsley blitzed Bristol first 15 mins then even phases after that.

DKD looks a proper footballer( at Third Division level)

    Defence still looks shaky.

Turning point of game for me was the lad having his header saved after O'Keefe set him up with a wayward header.

Good win but made hard work of it in the end - frantic last few minutes !!

If we can maintain our current average of 2 points a game we are in for a good season.

Well done Lads - DC getting the best out of his squad, impressed so far with him.

Hopefully that's the last poor performance from Pines, what was he up to last night

Deserved it overall , just about .

DKD as SB said looks useful at this level and I thought O'Keefe did well when he came on second half for Pines .

Plenty hanging the young keeper out to dry across social media but that's why he's here , on loan from Chelsea to learn the game and make mistakes to learn from , it is what it is .

The lad needs to assert himself more , that penalty box is his domain , he's the one who should be shouting out and giving out the b@llockings .

Made it difficult at the end due to the school boy gift to put the visitors level.
Just edged it but we need to do better with the chances created.
Special mention to Josh Benson when he came on, considering his time out a big well done.
DKDs movement on and off the ball very impressvive.

Such a standard Barnsley performance that.

Dominated (especially the first 25 minutes) and could’ve easily been 3-0 up without any arguments but then gifted them a goal out of nothing and made it hard for ourselves.

Plenty played well for us but I will pick out 3 for now. Cosgrove is the first. I thought his linkup play was superb. Cotter is the second and his level this season compared to last is night and day. The end product is there now. The last one I want to mention is Keillor-Dunn. I said when we signed him that he will be a fan favourite and today backs that up even more. Still early days of course but he’s what we have needed for years.

Glad to finally get the home win again.

Well deserved win with some very good football , best performer on the day was their keeper , who kept his team in the match with some fine saves, there were some very good performances by reds players today but a special mention for Cosgrove today , its a good job we didn"t go with a small lad upfront as the Bristol defenders took no prisoners but Cosgrove won the physical battle but more to the point he linked the play well with feet and head and brought others into the game all match, a good 3 points coupled with a good performance , well done !!
