Actually I started to correct it and stopped because I felt wrong giving someone, who posts a lot of interesting stuff, a hard time.

He's said in his post that the reply he received from Transport Scotland contained at least one mistake then typed out a post that contained several mistakes.

Now I'm not perfect, almost but not quite, and make plenty mistakes. However outside of the above post I don't generally criticise people's mistakes - Islay deserved a hard time for that post though.

Interesting comment. I took his comment to mean a factual mistake, rather than a grammatical one.

An even wiser man said something similar,but it didn't really work the way he said it.....

Sorry for spelling Graeme Dey’s name incorrectly. That is the problem with predictive text and doing my post later in the evening whilst trying to watch the BBC news.
In my humble opinion Graeme Dey does not know anything about ferries and is another ‘square peg in a round hole’ at Holyrood.

Carnac ferries - countless grammatical errors, no spacing between paragraphs, illicit use of commas - need I go on?
