I disagree massively with the retainer nonsense but some will claim that the dearest adult season ticket is 30 quid a game and 'IF' you renew for the season after you will get 100 quid knocked off. I call it tripe and that is where the board has got it wrong and treat a certain section of our support really badly.

If I hadn't have got an early bird ticket I wouldn't have gone on't Turf next season at all.
That all seems really confusing. And all my thoughts are, is a lot of you lot have stayed bloody loyal, for a very long period. While many fans of clubs would disappear, your support has always been decent. Certainly away from home. When your in the same division as the likes of Bury, Rochdale etc, they rely

Don't forget 4 years back we all got FREE season ticket renewals, often cited as one reason for our relegation that season, though I don't think it had much impact personally. This time its not the prices that people are complaining about as much as the 'retainer' the idea behind that is to get more from the one season, premier league fans, mostly the loyal fanbase bought at early bird prices and have probably some of the cheapest tickets in the prem. Can I also put to bed this idea that our board don't put money into the club, in fact there are about 12 million in directors loans run up over the last couple of years, real money put into the club not an overdraught run up at the bank.

Of course it is real money put into the club, however it is put in as a loan not as a charitable gift, I understand that most directors inject money that way and don't expect repayment, it's like lending a mate 50 quid and saying pay me back when you win the lottery, you don't expect to get it back but if his numbers do come up it would be nice to think you would get a bottle of whiskey back as well as the 50 notes. Last season our numbers came up and the club is now in a position to repay the loans and give a thank you to those whos money made promotion possible.

Phuck me, that's a right royal kick in the old happy sack. Welcome to the Premier League. You guys have my sympathy, it's a good thing God provides you with two lungs and two kidneys, you're gonna have to sell your spares to watch Burnley in the Prem.

To be fair, its the Prem. You are getting to see (no) world class stars. You can see amazing England stars like James Milner all for this tidy sum.

The greatest league on earth ...

...apart from Bundesliga and Spanish League.
