    Terrific news.

Any setback for Sam Allardyce and his plan for us to play Route 1 footie for the foreseeable future is surely good news for us. When he fails to sign anyone of note by the end of this transfer window then perhaps the owners will come to their senses and dispatch the portly one.[/quote]

Evening Superirons, who is available of note ?

    Traore joining Everton

    Evening Garnett

We have a diamond in the rough in Ravel Morrison at this club.

A talent who, if utilised in a sensible formation, can score loads of goals for us this season.

Instead of exploring this, Sam Allardyce is trying to buy up the lankiest strikers in the world so he can carry on playing 'hoof the ball to the big lump'.

Hope is is well with you and yours.

For me, we should be trying to entice Pardew over to us by any means possible.

We played some of the best football this century under him and reached the F A Cup Final in 2006.

No-one we have had since he left has come anywhere near that level of management though I do think Zola was unlucky to be hated by Sullivan so much.

Agree with you mate and I'm fine thank you as I hope things are for you.

I defended Zola (check any posts you like from his reign) on the basis that we passed the ball through midfield and always took the game to the oppo. He was unsuccessfull only because he had a pile of sh1t to pick from. But the football was NOT dire like now.

I was c.unted off by a few that sa

...So what was all this b,o,llox about work permit granted to us but if any other club wanted to apply for a work permit they could not apply for 4 months ??? Well done to the Blue Half of the City of Thieves if you pull this off...but next season when Lukaku goes back to chelsea and the 6 foot 8 long streak of p.i.ss gets sick of having his hub caps being nicked or his house burgled while he is away playing football then good luck Everton when you have to obtain 2 strikers in the summer
