scone. please dont be an idiot.

you wont find one person on this forum who agrees with you.

    rangers were found guilty.

the old company was fined as a result.

the old club should have been stripped of titles but the sfa are corrupt.

[quote="happytim"]sally, youve got a fekin cheek with your assertion that i cant have it both ways, your a fekin hypocrite.

you continue to miss the point that the oldco/club should have had titles stripped for cheating. never once did i suggest that as a newco rangers should be punished for oldcos sins, i said oldco rangers should be punished for oldcos sins. you are convenient at twisting words, making assumptions and using it as an argument and generally confusing the issue. yous a fekin idiot.

if as you say the current rangers are a continuation of the old rangers then why do you keep blabbing on that they cant be punished and have nought to do with oldco, you dont do irony do you,

even if rangers are a new club, it does not mean the old club should escape punishment for being found guilty of breaking the rules.

it was rangers 1872-2012 who broke the rules and they should get titles stripped. the current rangers(if they are a new club) ofcourse w

so we at least admit oldco/club could be stripped titles.

that you didnt gain an advantage is irrelevent.

and who decides if this is the case, its open to opinion.

did lance armstrong gain an advantage.

and i never suggested the newco should be punished financially for oldcos sins, you made that up. they should have results overturned(meaning titles stripped) like brechin did in the scottish cup not long ago.

one rule for brechin, one rule for rangers. thats corrupt.

i always did say that the old club could be stripped titles, you just couldnt understnd what i was saying as you are thick as phuck

the independant panel decided we didnt gain an advantage, uefa looked at it and decided there was no case to answer after your fans complained, your own club told you to stop talking pish about it at your agm as there was no case to answer

brechin and lance armstrong gained an advantage on the field and track, we didnt simple a

Here super_ally, what about Black's punishment for betting against his own team compared to the player from Ayr Uniteds(i think) punishment?

    Double standards, surely not.

seems reasonably fair to me, the ayr player bet on more matches featuring his own team whereas black bet three times on his team not to win,In both cases, the SFA stressed there was no evidence to suggest a breach of rule 34, which covers influencing the outcome of a game in order to benefit financially through betting. i imagine the ayr player has another job and earns far less than black so a longer ban as opposed to a fine would be more suited to his circumstances, firstly in that loss of wages would be a more severe punishment to him and secondly that only football wages could be inclued in the punishment so to get a full weeks wages off him would maybe take 4 or so weeks of football wages - what do you think?
