Norwich losing is ok. Their last four games are against the top four. We must beat them at home.
Spend what you like, Fulham are a poor team. Southampton are good but not that good.
Palace have an awful run-in so while Sunderland look like they'll quickly get clear, the three above, plus Cardiff aren't looking too great.
But it will be tight.

So "Sam Allardici" can be proclaimed as the tactical genius who out tacticked (is that a word FFS?) the man who orchestrated the defeat of Barcelona.Originally Posted by JimmyV66

Seriously, I guess it's why we all love the bloody game.

I loved the way Swansea played last season. Similar to Wigan. To do that all your players must be on song all of the time.
And confidence plays a big part. When that goes and nerves kick in it results in mistakes like the tippy-tap cr@p we had under Zola.
But when your plan cuts out the part of the field where you can make these mistakes you must indeed be a tactical genius.
1-1 now. But Cardiff have just scored twice. 2-1 over Norwich. Want that to be a draw.Originally Posted by JimmyV66

Nah, wanted Cardiff to win that, Norwich are in free-fall and I really think they will be in a relegation spot come May. Cardiff I reckon will stay up in 16th or 17th.

The thing about this relegation scrap is its down to who starts running out of steam after Christmas. I don't think we're down coz we're getting people back and we can afford to bring players in. The problem is that beyond Fulham and Cardiff I can't put a finger on a third team who are going to run out of legs. Maybe Baggies? We have to win a few more and just wait and see who caves in. 2 clean sheets suggest we're gonna be alright.
a few losses and losing a big player like michu is really dragging them into the scrap. we all know how morale is a huge factor. swansea firmly in the mix now and villa are one to watch. i think palace may pull through, good run, good confidence a and couple of solid signings (for the way they play). always happens after xmas, several lower placed teams put a few shifts in and teams 3 weeks previous seen as 'safeish' get dragged in
newcastle must be very grateful they have points in the bag - woeful
