I think a clear winner would have to be Jamie Smith's opener for AFC against Copenhagen. 30 yard lob. A beauty.

Probably second best was Big Dunc's first time t***derbolt v United at Pittodrie in 1995. Fantastic counter attack and magnificent, uncompromising finish. Massive game too. Lose it and we were down. We won 2-1 and stayed up via a play off.

Third? Tonnes of fond memories - Barry Nicholson's late equaliser at Tynecastle was great drama and kept us in control of our UEFA Cup qualification hopes. But my choice would be Hicham Zerouali's 20 yard strike into the top corner in front of the away fans at Fir Park back in 01/02 I think. Levelled the game at 2-2 from being 2-0 down. McFadden got the winner against the run of play late on though. Great game, great goal.

I would answer that differently in 5 minutes.
I've changed mine already, Danny. I forgot about Wayne Foster's goal v H1b5 at ER in the SC. [/quote]

    Scott McDonald's volley at Ibrox.

Di Canio's goal at Pittodrie in the gold boots.

Van Hooijdonk's debut goal against Hearts at Hampden.

seen johnstone burgh score an amazing goal once.

    back in 1983.

    wasnt televised unfortunately.

they worked a freekick and ended up doing a dummy then passing to some clown on the right who shot from 32 yards and the ball went in.

    put the burgh 3-0 up.

    game ended up 3-3.

the bovril and crisps made up for the dissapointing score.

davy provens free kick in 85 cup final, was special too, although goes against my theory regarding long range shots, but i had a great view of it behind the goal, great day, and went home with sore ribs after the crush.

Ralphe Milne's chip in 83 (some goal)

Brewster's t***derbolt from the half way line against the team that died, SC final in 94 (for what we won)

Ian Fergusons goal against Hearts, about '86 I think, chipped a very good keeper in Henry Smith, in a very good Hearts team, from almost the half way line.

I think Eammon Bannon scored a header whilst sitting on his erse in the same game.
