I can't vouch for Jim Greenhalf because I don't know him but I do know the author of Freenations, Rodney Atkinson very well and he'd be quite upset by your comments, especially if I tell him.

Nelson's Mandela's past has been whitewashed from history and is another classic example of what my contributions to this thread are all about. "What you read is true?" as asked by IBS. My view, as you can read above, is that it is not; we are told only what what we are intended to believe and the real truth is often omitted.

I haven't heard Rodney Atkinson likening Mandela to Adolf Hitler. Gerry Adams is a rather closer simile. Nelson Mandela was the head of UmKhonto we Sizwe (MK) which was the terrorist wing of the ANC and South African Communist Party as the IRA was to Sinn Fein.

Which trial was this? At the Rivonia trial he pleaded not guilty, apart from according to dodgy right wing blogs which have their own account of history.

I think one things for certain we are not going to see the Yanks go flying in all guns blazing with us at their side taking on the Russians.We are Quick to to interfere in other conflicts where money is involved or the opposition is not so strong,This also goes for the Russians.I might be way off the mark here but i think if either the Yanks or Russians were confident of taking each other out they would hit the Button.We know for sure one of the Top dogs have done it before whos to say it wont happen again,lets hope not!
