Just caught up on that and agree with a lot, good read. Preston were excellent on the night and both teams were guilty of sitting off a bit out of respect for eachother when they were infront.

Will just add one thing about O'Connor starting over Smallwood, I thought that would happen on Saturday but against scruffy opponents Smallwood was arguably MOTM in there and since he's arrived we've been much more dynamic with him holding the midfield together. He almost plays in a 25 to 25 yard square of his own within each half.

Won't take the plaudits but makes this side tick, and we'll benefit from a fresh Micky O'Connor for this tough month of matches.
