I thought he was a bit lenient with some players but he was one of the better Refs I must agree.
I'm just happy we don't get Kettle, he gets abuse before he's even on pitch which I'm sure doesn't help us.

Thought the ref was excellent to be fair, don't like to see mountains of cards dished out. Although from where I was sat, just behind the away team dugout, the free kick for Tavernier's opener looked a bit soft. Having said that, it's about time we had a bit of luck on our side this season.

I will have you know Alf ( That's your new now btw X-D) I had a very successful career as a qualified Ref ...Indeed I was an assistant Ref in the South Yorkshire Advertiser cup semi at Wickersley and anyone in the know will realise you needed to have received very good scores for the season from Managers to firstly be recognised and then to be invited by the Sheffield and Hallamshire FA to be involved in a semi/final ...with a minimum average of 7.5 to be able to take your Class 1 at the time it wasn't easy and both challenging/demanding but highly rewarding for the effort you put in...I won't go into the rest...it's a long tale but one I'll gladly share with you next time we meet pal...[/quote]qualified ref my arse
