Boilers need to be checked yearly and the boiler service book filled in by the REGISTERED GAS SAFE ENGINEER..

If the boiler book isn't filled in yearly it could jeopardise your warranty if something goes wrong with it..

If the warranty is 5yr and the service isn't done annually then the boiler company may charge you for the repair within that 5yr scale..

Buc, I thought everyone knew it has to be serviced yearly.
