I thought you had to have one to buy away tickets from the dcfc ticket office?!

just ring the ticket office, they'll register you and give you a customer number. it should be a piece of **** mate. (providing you can get through without being on hold all day).[/quote]

I have only been to about half a dozen games this year, due to work commitments. Will I have a customer number? I purchased tickets through the ticket office for the games I went to. I have e-mailed the ticket office to find out if I have a customer number, but don't hold out any hopes that they will reply.

Ok, but I read it as this, you go on see ticket website tomorrow. You put your details in and choose the price you want to pay. They give you a seat in a block. You accept and pay for said ticket. Then you have to go through the process again with a different customer no. hey presto same block maybe, but not next to your mate! Does that seem correct?

My guess would be (and that is all that it is... a 'guess') that the system should be able to accept more than one customer number and ticket sale per transaction.

It would make sense to set it up that way otherwise entire families and groups of friends will be sitting apart. I doubt that is the case.

This is what the SEE website Says about st holders

Supporters qualifying for this period of sale are guaranteed a seat as long as they purchase before the General Sale period starts.

This period will be limited to one ticket per person. Maximum of 10 tickets per transaction, if purchasing tickets on behalf of other supporters. All supporters must have valid, qualifying Customer Numbers. Rams Squad members can purchase an additional adult seat as they will require a chaperone.

So you can purchase all your tickets at once.

Got tickets, and yes you can get up to 10 tickets with customer numbers. It was all very painless,( apart from paying for them! ) Much better than getting tickets from DCFC
