If you want to start jailing everybody who pumped 14 & 15 year old girls back in the day, you're going to have to start building a lot of new jails.
Doesn't make what they did right but it was a different era.
The stuff Savile and Glitter were/are up to is a different ball game altogether.

Personally I think anyone over 16 is ok until you're about 25 and then it goes up a couple of years. Then probably up again when you're over 30.
If you're a rock star and oot yer tits in 1973 and you've got teenage girls chucking themselves at you then I can kinda see where things would happen although none of us have ever been there.
