    Been a couple of times but both times I was with the wife so didn't enjoy myself as much as I'd have liked.

    Koh Chang was fantastic. £5 for a meal for 4 with wine. Great food and the rooms did have aircon.

    Went to Phuket for my niece's wedding but didn't enjoy it as much. Not as nice beaches and we were always eating in the expensive hotels with western food. Holidays with the rest of your family are pish.

    It's a bit different from Benidorm but not that much if you go to some of the resorts.

    Bangkok's worth a few days, the islands are more like an Aussie version of the med I thought - swarming with Australians on their 2 week **** up.

    The Mrs is on aboot Vietnam next year.

    Ma mate and his wife up sticks and moved tae Vietnam , she had a right good job in the police as well , they say its fantastic
