The essence of what it is to be a West Ham fan.

Allardyce bangs on about his CV but it's empty! His main boast is that he's never been relegated . . . . . .whoopy f.ucking doo. . . . . .he rates his achievements by the using the lowest possible measurements.

My mate Davey has never set fire to himself but that doesn't make him a great Chef.

Sam doesn't get it, 9th, 11th, 15th???? Who gives a f.uck, the train journey home is usually a miserable affair after watching an Allardyce team. Give me attacking football and the odd cup run and I'll happily take 16th - 17th.[/quote]

Have to disagree with that sentiment tbh, whilst at the same time agreeing with you re entertainment.

None of us are glory hunters, t

Anyone thinking the man is about to change the way he sets his team up and plays the game, must be one gullible (unt.

He'll milk this season. Gets paid for success and gets paid for failure.

With no sign of contract extension, expect the games to continue.

The amount we've spent on players, makes a mockery of not changing manager due to the £3mil price-tag.

    Allardyce Out!!

As someone who said at this time last season something along the lines of "First season job done, second season consolidation, third season maybe we'll see some football" I will own up to being one of the founder members of the gullible (unts club.

Imo the quality last season was worse than the previous one, as was our league position and points tally, so in every respect we went backwards.

But just out of idle curiosity who would be on your short list (realistically) to replace him?
