    My understanding is in the case of a winding up order being successful, the business that has been folded has a set time by the court to tell all members of staff, with a high profile business the court can impose a media ban from the news being reported. To prevent staff hearing second hand.

    If it was good news the NEP would be rubbing it in everyone's face FACT
