Reading some of the posts, it is very clear that when a racist incident occurs people take sides, The point is that every case should be dealt with independantly. Weather whites are abused, weather kids were being groomed by muslim gangs, does not hide the fact the MM was being Racist, This thread was not designed to tackle the worlds racist problem, but that of an individual, so I will ask a question, and a simple yes or no would be great

On the face of the texts;

one could be put down to sterotyping - jews being perceived as tight with money. Which, MM has most likely faced himself in his life, as he is Scottish and they have a similar rep for being tight with money.

The text where it staes "not many white faces in that lot" or something very simliar seems racist, yes, however, have we got more texts around this particular one to put this into some kind of context.

In summary, they definitely could be perceived as racist, and could indeed be so, but you can definitely not hang draw and quarter someone based on an isolated sms.

I dont live in the UK anymore, so perhaps one of you guys could tell me if indeed the surrounding texts which would give context have also been released in the media? not really put my head into this since it was first in the press...

I only work with C - level and above clients across the EMEA region for huge corporates and guess what, I have never met a black CEO or a female CEO

The world is run by white males (usually ego centric psychos at that!) so YES, I think there is a fkng HUGE race problem, however, I would not consitute MMs actions on the same level...

side note, yes there are females and black CEOs somewhere, but fact is they are in a very small minority

This is a top down world in terms of power and we have to bear all of this BS

Tricky I did not say you were preaching racial hatred from a soapbox, I merely asked because of the response you received if you were. You replied that it was when you worked in a prison with a large contingent of blacks. If you ask me that's the perfect playground for verbal fisticuffs and I bet the warders answered back with interest, but as I said you can't make a judgement on society based on experience gained in the prison yard or words overheard when prisoners are banged up twenty three hours a day.
