    He'd get booked straight away...Refs don't like heavy handed forwards...

    I've been largely ambivalent about Revell over the years, neither a fan nor a critic. Obviously, I've supported him as I would anybody wearing the Millers shirt and like most I've appreciated his wholeheartedness and his workrate - would that others followed his lead - but I've also bemoaned his poor strike rate.

    The fact that he'll go down in Millers folklore is beyond question and deservedly so, he's one of the most approachable players we've had and has been rightly rewarded for his community commitment. But I do think Wembley has coloured people's view of him to some extent. He was far from outstanding in many games last season and to my knowledge has never been a leading contender for player of the year, for example.

    Due to the quality of strikers we've brought in, he's never really been challenged for a starting place. At one point Odejayi was preferred, for example. I rest my case! If he'd been pressed would he have changed his style, extended his repertoire, developed his al

    No one puts more effort in than Revs.

    No one is devoted to the cause like Revs.

    No one loves playing for the Millers more than Revs

    No one deserves every success in the game because of the effort he puts in than Revs.

    No one does more community work than Revs.

    Unfortunately no one in the team is more out of his depth than Revs.

    We need to face the facts that English centre forwards are dinosaurs.

    We need to look to Holland, Finland, or Serbia for some technical players and get rid of the lead footed, longball junkies and their target men.

    Look to the continent ...that's where the cut price quality is.
